ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kat Shoa brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, operational depth, and technology fluency to the challenge of AI adoption and enablement. With a career spanning technology development, corporate strategy, and organizational change, she has guided enterprise clients through complex shifts that align business outcomes with strategic goals and long-term operational resilience.
Her work has supported company boards, CEOs, and executive teams on initiatives ranging from digital transformation and business turnarounds to $1.2B infrastructure programs. She has also served as interim CEO of an IT company, where she led business restructuring and operational recovery.
Her industry experience includes electric utilities, IT, technology, gaming, manufacturing, telecom, digital office products, professional services, and distribution, allowing her to bring cross-sector insight to every engagement.
Earlier in her career, she built a foundation in product development, strategic planning for $500M business lines, and heading marketing strategy for a public tech company.
She is the member of Board of Advisors for a stealth-mode AI-native company targeting specific industry verticals.
